Frank Dinneyx (d.o.b. unknown - 1998)

Brief overview:

Frank, and a friend, were hijacked by five perpetrators on an off-ramp in Randburg, Gauteng Province, on 21st May 1998.

When Dinneyx's Mercedes wouldn't start, the hijackers assaulted him and his friend, then shot Dinneyx fatally in the head.
