Niclaus Michael (Hunter Lists #510) often was noted on Old Palatine manuscripts near other emigrants (i.e. Johann Peter Hagedorn, Henrich Barthel or Martin Zerbe) from near Wiesbaden. The emigrant Nicholas MIchael was documented at 6200 Wiesbaden (8 km n of Mainz in Churchbooks beginning in 1595, where records noted that he came from nearby Hessloch (1 km n. e. of Wiesbaden), entries in registers of Wiesbaden/Kloppenheim (2 km s. of Hessloch) begin in 1610. Johann Nicholas Michel from Heseloch married Anna Barbara Schonin from Weyskirchen aus dem Buseckerthal 31 January 1708. (Wiesbaden Churchbooks.)
