Attached to Railroad Guard, Reserve Division, Dept. of West Virginia. Guard duty at Harper's Ferry and along line of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad till June 29. Action at Hammack's Mills, Oldtown, July 3. North Mountain July 3. South Branch Bridge and Patterson's Creek Bridge July 4. Sir John's Run July 6. Green Springs Run August 2. Moved to Camp Chase, Ohio, August 30. Mustered out September 9, 1864. Regiment lost during service 1 Officer and 2 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 26 Enlisted men by disease. Total 29."
