Genevieve M. Goodwin Genevieve M. Goodwin, age 93, passed away November 10, 2014, at the Golden Living Center in Omaha. Genevieve was born in Elmira, New York, on November 19, 1920. She was a member of Corpus Christi Parish and the VFW. We will remember Genevieve for her sense of humor and her love of playing cards and games with her family. Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents, George and Stella O’Neill Wightman; husband, Robert Goodwin; brother, Francis Wightman. Survivors include her childre: daughter, Marie Colon, of Council Bluffs; sons, David, of Omaha, Mark, of Blair, Larry and Robert, of Omaha; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; sister, Kathryn Golab, of Phoenix, Ariz. Recitation of the Rosary Tuesday, 6 p.m., followed by visitation until 8 p.m., at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, 11 a.m., Corpus Christi (Queen of the Apostles) Church. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorials to the church preferred.
