- Sir Robert de Neville was born circa 1312 at of Hornby, Croston, Mawdesley, Melling, Middleton, & Shevington, Lancashire, England; Age 23 in 1335.2 He married Joan de Atherton, daughter of Henry de Atherton and Emma de Aintree, circa 1333; They had 6 sons (Sir Robert; John; Giles; Thomas; William; & Geoffrey).2 Sir Robert de Neville died after July 1373; He married (2) Elizabeth de St. Lawrence, widow of Sir Roger de Kirkeby.2
