Georg Christian Sabler (06. märts/17. märts 1776 Haljala – 26. november/08. detsember 1819 Haljala) oli Eesti vaimulik. Ta õppis usuteadust (immatrikuleeriti 16. oktoobril 1794) Jena ülikoolis. Ordineeriti 27. juunil/08. juulil 1798 õpetajaks. Ta oli aastatel 1798–1819 (kutsuti 14. mail 1798) Haljala Püha Mauritiuse koguduse õpetaja.
Ta tõlkis esimesena eesti keelde Daniel Defoe raamatu "Robinson Crusoe", kuid tõlge ei ilmunud ja käsikiri on kaotsi läinud. (pole ka teada kas jõudis enne surma 1819 tõlketööga lõpule)
