About George AC Andrew, Jr
Both of his parents were widowed. He had one step-brother, Albert on his mom's side, 3 step-siblings on his dad's side, plus a full sister, Fannie.
Apparently his birth was not registered at the time of his birth. I found a birth record which was filled out by his brother Issac in 1926 where he stated,
"I am the older brother being 12 years senior. I was present in the house at the time of the birth and have a distinct recollection of the event."
This also solves the mystery of George's initials. It states: (Note- A.C. are initials only)
