George Wells /7 Lamson (Darius /6, John /5, John /4, John /3, Samuel /2, William /1), was bom at Detroit, Mich., Oct. 9, 1834, and died at St. Paul, Minn., March, 1890. He married Mary Jane Stephens, daughter of John Stephens, Nov. 18, 1857, at Detroit, Mich.

George Wells Lamson was for many years a civil engineer and was connected with the government work of surveying in the Upper Lakes, and resided in Detroit, Mich. He afterwards removed to St. Paul, Minn., and was engaged in the insurance business. His widow, Mrs. George W. Lamson, lived with her daughter in Santa Barbara, Cal. (1906).
