Georgina Augusta Drummond

Illegitimate son of the Earl of Winchilsea and heir to the house at Burley-on-the-Hill and the estates in Rutland, Buckinghamshire and Essex (His mother was Mrs. Phoebe Thompson).

He and his sister who lived with their mother in Brompton, London, often visited their father at Burley on the Hill.

George entered Harrow in 1805 under the name of Thompson, but subsequently took that of Finch.

Entered Cambridge (but left without a degree.) Later admitted to the Middle Temple.
