Gladys Eleanor Guggenheim Straus (August 15, 1895 - March 14, 1980) was an expert on food and nutrition.
Her father was Daniel Guggenheim of the Guggenheim family.
Biography
She was born on August 15, 1895 as Gladys Guggenheim. On January 12, 1914. Gladys married Roger Williams Straus, Sr. of the American Smelting and Refining Company, with whom she two sons: Roger and Oscar, and one daughter, Florence. She died on March 14, 1980.
