Grace Little Cowan

On Joseph Cowan's marriage in 1901 to Grace L. Currie in Ayr Joseph is a resident of Liverpool, working as a cashier. His address is 27 Pansy Street Liverpool. Grace is living at Norwood Hawkbill Ayr. All three of their children were born in Liverpool.

There is a Grace Cowan who leaves Glasgow in 1935 and travels to Quebec. She is travelling between her daughter Jane Spence of Ontario and Tom Cowan her son in Ayr Scotland. This could be her. I think it is as I have found her son Tom living and marrying in Ayr in 1935. Joseph Cowan was deceased at the time of Thomas's marriage.

It is possible she died in Canada as there is no record of her death in Scotland. Records in Canada are not very good. (Dec 2022)
