Granville Harcourt Vernon

Granville Harcourt-Vernon (1792-1879) was born on 26 July 1792 the son of Most Rev. and Rt. Hon. Edward Venables-Vernon-Harcourt and Lady Anne Leveson-Gower.

• He married, firstly, Frances Julia Eyre, daughter of Anthony Hardolph Eyre, on 22 February 1814.
• He married, secondly, Hon. Pyne Jesse Trevor, daughter of General Henry Otway Trevor, 21st Lord Dacre and Pyne Crosbie, on 22 November 1845.
• He lived Grove Hall.2 Barrister, Chllr York Diocese.
• He was Nottinghamshire.
• On 22 November 1845 married 2nd Pyne Jesse Brand Trevor (died 3 March 1872), dau of 21st Lord (Baron) Dacre (see BP&B 2003) and widow of John Henry Cottrell.
• He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.).
• He lived at Grove Hall, Nottinghamshire, England.
• He died on 8 December 1879 at age 87.
