Griffith is mentioned in Warricks Will in reference to Warricks sons. Elizabeth was carrying at the time of Warricksdeath and a daughter Elizabeth was born September 3, 1777. Griffith and his wife Elizabeth petitioned the courts to appoint a guardian for her as no provision was made for her in her fathers Will petition on June 15, 1784. Note there is no record of Sarah's death and no record of Elizabeth Mendenhalls birth. Query is the Elizabeth Mendenhall really Elizabeth Miller posthumous childof Warrick? Also mentioned in Griffiths will is a designation for theheirs of Warrick Miller. As Griffith raised Elizabeth it is possible he accepted her as his true daughter.
