Guillaume de Beaumont

GUILLAUME de Beaumont ([1177]-2 Sep 1240). His parentage is confirmed by the necrology of Angers Cathedral which records the death "Id Apr" of "Radulphus vicecomes de Bellomonte frater Guillelmi…episcopi Andegavensis"[730]. Bishop of Angers 1202. Angot states that Guillaume, fourth son of Richard [I], was born in 1177 but does not cite the primary source on which this date is based[731].
