Guta survived the Lodz Ghetto and the Auschwitz Concentration Camp. She was with her mother Chava and Sister Sarah. They were in a sub camp in Bremen and at the end of the war transported to Bergen Belsen where they were liberated by the British. Sarah died of Tuberculosis 2 weeks after liberation, she was about 18 years old.Guta's remarkable story is documented in Professor Preill's Book on the Holocaust.
