Hans Hermansson von Wrangell to Oegel

This time Adelsvapen says he profile belongs to Hans (Hermansson) Wrangel, till Oegel i Maholms socken, Wierland, 1390, 1406.

Maholm refers to current day Mahu and Oegel refers to current day Ojaküla. Both are located in Lääne-Viry County thus matching the former Wierland County.
