About Harrison Morton Eagle, Sr

Highland Recorder November 21, 1913

Married at Monterey Stock Farm Nov. 12 at the bride's home Mr. Harrison M. Eagle and Miss Nellie C. Gutshall. Immediately after the ceremony, which was performed by Rev. Jas. W. Gardner, about 50 or 60 invited relatives and guest assembled in the dining room where a bountiful dinner was awaiting them. Needless to say the "snow storm" had its effect upon the parson and the guests appetites for they ate and ate and still there was plenty left. All departed at a late hour, wishing the bride and groom a pleasant voyage on the "matrimonial sea." The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Gutshall who live on Monterey Stock Farm, and the groom is the son of Philip Eagle, who lives near Burnsville.
