About Harry Asbjorn Olsen
In 1927 Harry's mother Hartvikke Hartvigsen was working as a maid at the Grand Hotel Hammerfest. She became pregnant to the wealthy owner of the hotel and later Norwegian politician Anton Marentius Hermo https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anton_Marentius_Hermo.
Hartvikke was sent to Bergen to give birth, where she stayed at Wesselsgate 1 with her brother Ingolf Adrian Bertin Hartvigsen and his wife and child.

After Harry was born he was left in an orphanage (possibly Jacob R. Olsens orphanage) and Hartvikke returned to Hammerfest.
In 1932 his mother married Leslie Olsen who had come to Hammerfest from Australia in 1930 after his entire family was killed in the Black Sunday bushfires in Neerim, Victoria in 1926. https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/224064803/24478270
Leslie arranged for the 4-year old Harry to move to Hammerfest to live with them.
In 1934 the three of them emigrated to Australia.
In 1949 Harry officially changed his surname from Hartvigsen to that of his stepfather, Olsen.
Harry died in Sydney, Australia at 3.25am on 12 Feb 1988. It was still 11 Feb in Norway, meaning he died on his 60th birthday.
