Father of Anna Maria Dorothea(Albers) Reineberg, Deitrich Albers (died as a child), Maria Sophia (Albers) Michel, and Henry Christopher Albers Jr. There was also a baby who died in 1835. Some of this side of the family moved to Kansas and Iowa.

He married in Germany ? Holwadel and their lst four children were born in Germany. In 1835 this Albers family emigrated to Ridley County, Indiana at New Spades where relatives of Mrs. Albers had already settled. They then rented a farm.
