On 24.05.1582 the Schilling of Heinrich von Arscheid bought the farm for 2,950 gulden, which today is the so-called "von der Leyenschen Hof". In the document he is described as follows: A free noble dwelling including district, press house, stables and other belongings. The farm came to the "von der Leyen" in 1608 and was sold in 1835. Then the buildings in the yard served as a bakery, youth hostel and school.
