Helen Gillman

At Sunnybrooke Hospital Palliative Care in Toronto, Ontario, passed away August 31, 2014, at the age of 89, Mrs. Helen Gillman. Born in Montreal, she traveled to Sherbrooke where she met and married her 58-year-old husband, the late Sam Gillman.

Mrs. Gillman is survived by her children: Celia (Ron Kobric), Lynn (Robert Kaminsky) and Zachary (Lisa Stern); his beloved grandchildren: Kira, Bram, Rachel and Deena. She was the sister of the late Lily Selick, the late Ruth Rosenthal, the late Dave, the late Lionel, and the late Paul Goodman. As well as many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

The service will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at 10:00 am at Paperman and Sons Funeral Home, 3888 Jean Talon West, Montreal, Qc, and thence to the Jewish Cemetery of Sherbrooke, Qc. (Remembrance Street).
