About Helen Irene Brightbill
Helen was raised by relatives. Her father moved from Pennsylvania shortly after her birth. Her mother married Charles Lutz after her birth.
William Long and his wife Kate D raised her.
I have included Federal census records in the photo section to support the information here.
Her son Herbert told me that he visited his grandfather Calvin when in the military. His grandfather lived in California at the time. Herbert shared that when he knocked on the door and introduced himself he was greeted by his grandfather who aske him to leave because his present family did not know he had a child and grandchildren in Pennsylvania.
