Helen Bremer, was born in Nebraska City, Nebraska, on December 29, 1918, to Henry & Juliana (Solko) Schreiter. She passed away, at Haven Manor, in Lincoln, Nebraska, on Thursday, October 7, 2010, at the age of 91 years, 9 months, and 8 days.
Helen married Arnold Frederick Bremer, at St. Benedicts, in Nebraska City, Nebraska,on September 3, 1940, and to this union they raised 4 children Gerald, Rodney, Mary Helen, and Duane. She was an Altar Society Officer for 15 years, and taught C.C.D., Correspondent for The Register. Things important to her were Family, Farm, and Faith.
Helen is survived by her children, Rodney & wife Helen Bremer, of Huntley, WY, Mary Helen & husband Richard Kuntz, of Lincoln, NE, and Duane and Jackie Bremer of Palmyra, NE, daughter-in-law Anne Bremer, of Palmyra, NE, 11 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 12 step great grandchildren, sisters-in-law Evelyn Mitzner, of Lincoln, NE, Bernadine Keene, of Bellevue, NE, and Mildred Schreiter, of Nebraska City, NE, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Helen is preceded in Death by her parents, husband Arnold, in 1996, and son Gerald, in 1995, sister Loretta Petr, and brother Robert.

Family Suggests Memorials in Lieu of Flowers to St. Leo's Catholic Church, Palmyra, NE
VISITATION will be Monday from 9 A.M. until time of Rosary at 7:30 P.M., the casket will be open one hour before services at the Church.
