Henry Morris Bird, son of William C. Bird and Catherine Morris was born in 1811 in VA. Most everyone shows that his date of death is Nov 28, 1866; however this is a transcription error. Another Henry M. Morris was born in Clay County, WV on that date, the son of William Bird and Rhoda unk Bird. As our Henry Morris Bird shows up in the 1870 and 1880 Pleasant, Clay County, VA census records, I feel it must be more than coincidence.
