Henry Francis Conyngham, 4th Marquess Conyngham was born on 1 October 1857 at London, England.1 He was the son of General George Henry Conyngham, 3rd Marquess Conyngham and Lady Jane St. Maur Blanche Stanhope.1 He was baptised at Patrixbourne, Kent, England.1 He married Hon. Frances Elizabeth Sarah Eveleigh-de Moleyns, daughter of Dayrolles Blakeney Eveleigh-de Moleyns, 4th Baron Ventry and Harriet Elizabeth Frances Wauchope, on 21 March 1882 at All Saints' Church, Ennismore Gardens, London, England.1 He died on 28 August 1897 at age 39 at Slane Castle, County Meath, Ireland.1 He was buried at Slane Castle, County Meath, Ireland.1

He was educated between 1871 and 1874 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1,2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1879 in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1 He held the office of Vice-Admiral of Ulster.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1880 in the service of the Scots Guards.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baron Minster of Minster Abbey, co.
