HERMANN RICHTER was christened on Trinity Sunday, 1649. His godfather was Herman Daub.

Hermann was a soldier in the Count's troops at Siegen.

Notes

"Hermann Richter of Siegen, b. 1649, brother of Christopher Richter of Trupbach, seems to have been the grandfather of John Rector who came to Virginia in 1734 and died in 1742. Hermann Richter was a soldier in the Count's troops at Siegen, and married in 1679 Anna Dorothea, widow of Michael Meyer (who also was a soldier, a native of Einbeck in Hanover)."

Hermann and Anna Dorothea Richter had the following children christened at Siegen:

1. Martin Richter, the 11th Sunday after Trinity 1679; Martin Daub.
2. Johannes Richter, twin of Martin; Johannes Noeh, godfather.
3. (Georg Heinrich) Hermann Richter, the 6th Sunday after Trinity, 1681; godfather, Henrich Weller (?), young bachelor
