Court Record, Page 76--4 October, 1748: Jacob Andruss, age 20 years, son of Daniel Andruss, chose his brother Daniel Andruss to be his guardian. Recog., œ500. Hezekiah Andruss, a minor, 17 years of age, chose Charles Kelsey of Wethersfield to be his guardian. Recog., œ500. Page 77--4 October, 1748: Daniel Andruss, Adms. on the estate of Daniel Andruss, late of Wethersfield, having exhibited an inventory, and showing to this Court that there is no debts due from the estate (except the charge of taking the inventory and looking after the estate, œ6-17-08), as follows: œ s d The inventory being 104-16-00 The charge aforesd. deducted, there remains to be divided 97-19-04 To the widow, 32-12-08 To Daniel, 18-12-10 To Mabel, to Eunice, to Hannah Andruss, to each, 9-06-05 To Jacob and to Hezekiah Andruss, to each, And appoint Elihu and Nathaniel Dickinson distributors. 9-06-04
