this isue lists William Booth as a Justice of the Peac e of York Co, and gives a death date of May 16, 1691, wit h wife, Margaret, possibly the daughter of Col. James Bray . They had two children, Hope, married to John Tomer, wh o in turn had a son named John Tomer, Jr.; and Elizabeth, m arried to Capt. Thomas Nutting, himself a J.P. of York Coun ty.
