Condolences sent:
Gregg Wachs (kawachs@msn.com): I wish to send my condolences. I knew Hoyt at the INEEL in the NPR Program and golfed when we were much younger men (1990-1993). I golfed with him a few times, he was a good, kind man, and I know he was a good father, husband, and grandfather. He always knew what was the most important in life. We will all miss him.
