Hyrum Pendleton Trim

(son of John Trim and Mary Pendleton of Belfast, Maine). Born November 16, 1815, in Maine. Came to Utah October, 1861, Captain Hansie company.

   Married:	Maria Argent (Goodwin) October, 1861, Salt Lake City (daughter of John Argent and Mary Griddley of Somersetshire, England, pioneers October 1, 1866, Joseph S. Rawlins company). She was born October 14, 1831, died June 5, 1909.

   Their children:

           Solomon Pendleton born July 25, 1863, married Lois Ann Workman;

           Amanda Maria born October 18, 1865, married Newell Green;

           Eunice born September 22, 1867, married Samuel Egbert;

           Lois born January 3, 1869, died August 4, 1872;

           Rosetta born October 9, 1871, married Jacob Killian;

           Israel D. born August 22, 1876, married Mattie Greenlee.

   Family home Salt Lake City.

High Priest; ward teacher. Justice of peace, Snyderville, Utah, to which place he moved in 1861, to cut timber for court house in Salt Lake City. Died January 25, 1892, Vernal, Utah. Sources:
