Ilse Mary FEIBELSOHN, née ROSENBERG: b. 14 June 1884, Magdeburg - d. after 7 Sept 1942, Auschwitz, HOLOCAUST
This couple clearly fled to the south of France together but husband Hugo managed to evade arrest in the initial August 1942 round ups in Nice.
However, he was later also captured and deported via Drancy to Auschwitz.

Ilse "Mary" was in the region of Nice, Côte d'Azur, where she was rounded up in the notorious "Rafles d'août" in August 1942. The arrested Jewish citizens were incarcerated in the Caserne Auvare for a while before being put on a goods train, in locked-up wagons, and transferred to Drancy.
N.B. misspelling of surname ...
