About Imre Esterházy de Galántha, II.

Imre (Mirko) Esterhazy (1663(5). – 1745.) imenovan je 1709. godine zagrebačkim biskupom. Kada je 1702. godine izabran za vrhovnog poglavara svih Pavlina, premjestio je njihovo sjedište iz Elefanta (Mađarska) u Lepoglavu (sjeverozapadna Hrvatska). Obnašao je ugledne crkvene i političke dužnosti. On je okrunio caricu i kraljicu Mariju Tereziju 25. lipnja 1741. godine.

Imre (Mirko) Esterhazy (1663(5)-1745) was appointed as Bishop of Zagreb,1709. In 1702,after he was elected to the Supreme Head of all Pavlina, he moved their headquarters from Elefant (Hungary) to Lepoglava (northwestern Croatia). He served a prominent religious and political duties. He was crowned Empress and Queen Maria Theresa 25 June 1741.
