Inez Evangeline Hallock was born to Morris Wells and Harriet Loetta (Pollock) Hallock. Morris Wells Hallock was a Kansas Pioneer. Inez was granddaughter of Kansas Pioneers William Wallace and Armelia Elizabeth (Alger) Pollock. Inez Hallock is descended from Puritan New England immigrant William Hallock, who migrated to Southold, Long Island, New York approximately 1640 and over 50 other Puritan immigrants of that era. She married Arthur Willis Baldwin on Nov 30, 1905. They had eight children and many descendants.
