Notes for INEZ MARCIA GOODWIN: Nikki Jean Williams Van Reusen, "Shortly after Inez M. Goodwin Taylor died, a family member found a framed marriage certificate for Inez and someone other than Charles Albert Taylor. The marriage certificate was found in the attic and quickly disposed of by Inez's daughter, Louise Taylor Williams. A search of Indiana Marriage records 1886-1890, Inclusive Vol., showed that Inez Marcia Goodwin married John H. Fitzpatrick (b. abt 1867) on either 12 Jul 1889 or 01 Jul 1889 in Marion County, Indiana. It is unknown whether this marriage was annulled or ended in divorce, but Inez would only have been 17 at the time of the marriage. There were apparently no children from this first marriage."
