OBITUARY.
Died, at Bolton, June 11th, 1900, Isaac H. Towell, in bis 84th year. He was born in Ohio, March 11th, 1817, and moved with his parents to Orange county, Indiana, returning with them to Ohio, and back to Orange county, where he was first married. Soon after he removed to Parke county, Indiana, and from there to Montgomery county, Kansas. He was the father of eight children, having been married twice. Four of them survive him. He was a life-time member of the Friends church, was converted in 1864 while in the south looking after his son who died in the army near Ft. Gaines: and gave evidences during his last sickness of his reconciliation with God. The funeral took place from the Friends church, Bolton, and the remains were interred in the Elk River cemetery.
