Isaiah not confirmed. John Lowman's will states the following:
"4th - I give and devise to my son, John M. Lowman, the home farm in said county,
consisting of three tracts viz. One containing about 61+ acres conveyed to me on the 12th
July 1867 by Isaiah Pumphrey..."
Isaiah could have bequeathed this with marriage to his daughter, Eleanor.
There are two other Pumphrey's noted in the will as well:
"...One containing about 61+ acres conveyed to me on the 12th
July 1867 by Isaiah Pumphrey, another conveyed to me by Owen ___________ 5th
September 1849 containing about 56+ acres, the third containing about 3+ acres conveyed
to me by Adeline and Richard G. Pumphrey November 1859, subject to the _______
board of my said wife during the time of her single life..."
