About Issac (Ike) Newton Nance, Jr.
Gambler and he supposedly shot a guy cheating on a riverboat. Jumped over the side of the boat and then made his way to Nebraska. Wife left once, came back and he took her back and she left again and came back and he said no the second time. Girls were about 3 & 5.
Jim used to go fishing and hunting with him quite a bit. Jim would help with gardening on his large garden. They would go squirrel hunting and he would use his double barreled shotgun.
