This is probably not the daughter of Enos George and Sophia Chelsey because that Julia was clearly born in New Hampshire from birth certificate, whereas this Julia reported on three censuses that she was born in New York, (although handwriting in the Iowa census could be NH). The 1870 census that spells out NewYork is clearly not the same woman as this woman’s husband (John) is older than her and he is born in Conn instead of NH. However the 1860 census spells out New York. Furthermore, in the 1880 census she reported that both of her parents were born in England whereas Enos and Sophia were both born in New Hampshire. I also have only 2 genetic validations (from a single family) upstream from Julia, which could be a coincidence.
