Jacques Dubochet (born 8 June 1942) is a retired Swiss biophysicist. He is a former employee of EMBL Heidelberg and a professor at the University of Lausanne (1987-2007).

He shared the Nobel Prize in Chemistry together with Joachim Frank and Richard Henderson in 2017 "for developing cryo-electron microscopy for the high-resolution structure determination of biomolecules in solution".
