(1778); pres. by George III. 17th Dec. 1778; trans, and adm. 8th July 1779 ; died 22nd Jan. 1784. He left £100 for a preacher at Pluscarden. He marr. (1) 11th Nov. 1763, Katherine (died at Dyce, 6th Feb. 1779), daugh. of James Robertson of Bishopsmiln, Provost of Elgin, and had issue —
(2) 19th Sept. 1780, Elizabeth (died 27th March 1790), daugh. of Robert Abercrombie, min. of Leslie (Garioch).
