James was born on 9 Sep 1695 in Hampton, New Hampshire.[1] His parents were Humphrey Perkins and Martha Moulton. He married Huldah Robie on 24 Oct 1717 in Hampton, New Hampshire.[2] He died on 18 Apr 1774 in Rye, New Hampshire.[3]
