30 November 1581: Renunciation by Agnes Kennedy wife of James Ross Notary in Mayboll, of her right of liferent and all other right which she anywise had in the 40 shilling land of Nether Dunyne, lying in the Earldom of Carrick, disponed by her husband to Thomas Kennedy of Culean Tutor of Cassillis and Elizabeth Makgill his wife conform to the Infeftment immediately above mentioned.
