Primissary notes amounted to $ 9,140.20 due from Estate to James' brother Wm. the court rules in favor of this amount and Wm. Russell writes the following" In considerationof my esteem and regard for Julia A.B. Russell my niece, and John G. Russell, and Charles L. Russel my nephews who are children of James Russell deceased, I do give grant to each one equal one-third of the $9,140.20 dated May 8, 1851 signed Wm.Russell.
