From Sue Forrester: This afternoon while in the Dade County Library researching for some other people, I checked a book we had on our shelf titled, Extract of the Rejected Applications of the Guion Miller Roll of the Eastern Cherokee, by JoAnn Curts Page, Heritage Books, Inc., Heritage Books, Inc., Bowie, MD, 1999.

On page 336 of the above book was an application that was filed by James Sizemore, born in KS in 1861. His wife was Jennie (---); parents were James and Mary Abbott; grandparents were Richard and Elizabeth Sizemore and Eliza Abbott. The application number was 19222. 3-27-04
