He was of full adult age and identified himself when he and his brother Aly Smith jointly sold their shares of the Cole Co., MO, property of grandfather James Miller to their uncle James Miller Jr. on 18 Sep 1837. After this he is unidentified and could have died or migrated elsewhere.
