James Abner Wiggins, Sr

born in what was once Dobbs Co NC husband of Susannah Lassiter, son of Gersham Wiggins and Sarah Herring. He was a Postmaster Settled in Cedar Plains, where he amassed fine property, and left an excellent family of sons and daughters. His home was built with square hewn cedar logs plastered inside and out, 2 stories contained 8 rooms and a log hall, all with 14' ceilings, kitchen 14' square detached behind the main house source: History of Morgan Co AL. He died of Heart Disease
