from HISTORY OF CHARLES DIXON, One of the Early English Settlers of Sackville, N(ew) B(runswick), Compiled in 1891 by James D. Dixon -- A Grandson. Pages 80-81:
"Jane, second daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Humphrey Dixon, accompanied her parents when they removed from Sackville to Kirtland, Ohio, and married George Harrison Pepper of Quincy, Illinois, in the year 1840. Their children were named Lucretia Jane, and Charles Edward. Two others died in childhood. Mr. Pepper died also at Quincy in 1852, and soon after the death of her husband, Mrs. Pepper removed from Illinois to Utah, and there was married to Wm. W. Rust in the year 1856.
