Jennie married William Henry Sharp circa 1823-1824 and with him had at least five children. Three of the daughters attributed to Jane and William's marriage are questionable, given the estimated dates of birth.

These daughters are Mary Ann, Angeline and Rebecca Jane Sharp, who are enumerated in the Sharp household in 1850, but appear to be too young to be the daughters of Jennie Irwin, and could be William's granddaughters instead. The youngest, Rebecca, was born circa 1849 and Jennie would have reached her 50th birthday the year before, so it seems unlikely that she would still be having children.
