She came from Dublin, Ireland and her mother was said to be a Spanish woman; by her first marriage she had a son William, who died in 1795, aged 47 years. The settled in Mansfield, CT in the part of town called Chaplin, where Joel Starkweather owned a farm. She died there 17th of Nov 1803.
