Jean A. Griffin (nee Siano), 73, of Toms River, N.J., passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at the Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at 8:45 a.m. from the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home, 211 Westfield Ave., Clark., thence to St. John the Apostle R.C. Church, Linden, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Interment is in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, N.J. Born in Elizabeth, N.J., to Tom and Rose Siano, Mrs. Griffin resided in Clark for 50 years and most recently, Toms River, for the past eight years. She worked as a secretary for the board of education of Clark for 15 years and was a member of the Gran Centurions of Clark. She was the beloved wife for 38 years of the late Allan Griffin, Sr. (1997); loving mother of Jacqueline Sarnecki, Allan Griffin, Jr. and his wife, Lauren, and Glenn T. Griffin; caring sister of Robert Siano; cherished grandmother of Thomas and Joseph Sarnecki, Brianna, Tyler, and Ryan Griffin; treasured great-grandmother of Jack and Justin Sarnecki, and devoted aunt of Christine and Kim Siano.
